We appreciate that at times you need to pick students up early from school. To assist administration staff and avoid lengthy waiting times, could you please note the following:

1. Students are in the playground for recess from 11:00 am to 11:30 am. Please come to the office prior to 10.50am to sign them out.
   
   
2. Students are in the playground for lunch from 1:40 pm to 2:30 pm. Please come to the office prior to 1.30pm to sign them out.
   
   
3. Every second Friday is the School Assembly. Please come prior to 1.30pm to to sign them out.
   
   
4. After 3:20pm, our ability to contact students regarding pick-up may be limited, after 3:30pm, it becomes impossible. We kindly request that you contact us as early as possible to ensure we can successfully reach your student(s).

If a student needs to leave early for reasons such as an appointment, we request that parents and guardians visit the office to sign them out prior to their break times. Please allow extra time as students are not always in their classroom and easily contactable.

For safety considerations, we cannot retrieve a student to the office unless someone is physically present. In cases where an alternative person is designated to pick up a child, we can only release the student to an emergency contact who is over 18 years old and can provide photo identification.
