Dear Parent/Carer,
Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at Courtenay Gardens Primary School.
Our school is using an online system for new Foundation (Prep) enrolments.
To get started

Visit https://students.educationapps.vic.gov.au/s/ to create an account and complete the online application form by Friday 25 July 2025.

We will then review your application and be in contact with you between Monday 28 July and by Friday 8 August (for applications submitted by the due date of 25 July 2025).

You should accept one enrolment offer by 22 August 2025. When accepting an offer, you will be required to provide additional personal and health information that will be shared with the school.
What is important when completing an online application?
- Please upload the required supporting documentation where requested to ensure your application is processed promptly.
- Please create your account using the enrolling parent/carer's information. Your child's information is entered later in the process.

Our school zone is available on Findmyschool.vic.gov.au which hosts the most up-to-date information about Victorian school zones.
Students residing in this zone are guaranteed a place at our school, which is determined on the basis of your permanent residential address.
